Luchyswigs Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Due to the hygienic, customized, and wearable nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.
Exchanges
Exchange requests may only be considered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmed delivery and strictly under the following conditions:
• Lace remains completely uncut
• Wig remains unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Packaging remains fully intact
• All original items, inserts, accessories, and materials are returned
• The unit passes inspection and approval by the Luchyswigs team
Approved exchanges are issued strictly as store credit. Refunds are not provided for exchanged items.
Custom, Colored & Tailored Units
All custom, colored, tailored, personalized, and made to order units are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable.
Each custom creation is uniquely produced and considered a one of one piece.
While inspiration images, references, or prior units may be used as guidance, Luchyswigs does not guarantee exact replication of:
• Color placement or tone
• Density, donor variation, or strand behaviour
• Texture, wave pattern, or curl pattern
• Layering, cutting, styling, or finish
• Appearance under different lighting, maintenance routines, products, humidity levels, or styling methods
Hair behaves naturally and may vary slightly from unit to unit.
Order Cancellations
Before Production Begins
Orders cancelled before production, sourcing, customization, coloring, tailoring, or preparation begins may qualify for store credit only.
After Production Begins
Once sourcing, production, customization, coloring, tailoring, or preparation has commenced, cancellations are no longer feasible.
Deposits
All deposits made towards custom orders, sourcing, consultations, reservations, or production are strictly non refundable.
Incorrect Orders or Damaged Deliveries
Where an incorrect item is received or an order arrives damaged, Luchyswigs may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the circumstances:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund where the purchased item becomes unavailable or sold out
Issues must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographs, videos, and original packaging where applicable.
Promotional, Discounted & Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional, limited release, clearance, and special offer items are final sale.
Head Measurements & Fit
Customers are responsible for providing accurate head measurements for customized units.
Where adjustments, resizing, or corrections are required due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, additional charges may apply.
Luchyswigs shall not be held responsible for fit related issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
