At Luchyswigs, every unit is prepared with careful attention to craftsmanship, finishing, customization, and presentation. Processing and delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the order.
Ready To Ship Units
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Lagos
3 to 5 business days
Other Nigerian States
5 to 10 business days
Customized & Made To Order Units
Customized, tailored, and made to order units typically require approximately 15 to 25 business days before dispatch.
Production timelines may vary depending on customization requirements, sourcing timelines, order complexity, and order volume.
During launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high volume seasons, additional processing time may apply.
Raw Bundles
Estimated timelines for raw bundles vary depending on the collection selected:
Premium Strands Collection
Approximately 3 to 4 weeks
Finest Strands Collection
Approximately 5 to 8 weeks
Certain collections, lengths, textures, or sourcing requests may require additional lead time.
Styling Before Dispatch
All units are styled, inspected, and prepared before dispatch.
However, due to packaging, handling, humidity, environmental conditions, and transit movement, minor retouching, brushing, restyling, or heat styling may be required upon arrival.
Luchyswigs does not guarantee identical styling presentation after shipment.
Delivery Methods
Nigeria
Nationwide insured shipping is carried out through our logistics partner, eFTD.
For same day or express Lagos deliveries, Gokada, Uber, or other third party rider services may be arranged upon customer request.
Kindly note that same day and express rider deliveries are uninsured.
Where a customer selects or approves an express rider delivery option, responsibility for the shipment transfers upon handover to the third party courier.
Luchyswigs shall not be liable for loss, theft, delay, mishandling, or damage occurring during uninsured third party transit.
International Shipping
International orders may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, airline cargo, or alternative logistics providers depending on destination, shipment requirements, and order specifications.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, clearance delays, or destination country regulations outside the control of Luchyswigs.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on destination, delivery method, order size, package weight, insurance requirements, and the number of units purchased.
Important Notice
Due to the raw, natural, and premium nature of hair, no two bundles or units are completely identical.
Slight variations in tone, texture, density, donor behaviour, curl pattern, wave pattern, and response to styling, maintenance products, humidity, and environmental conditions may naturally occur.

Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, courier disruptions, force majeure events, and circumstances outside the reasonable control of Luchyswigs.
