2. Products & Services

Luchyswigs offers ready to ship units, customized units, tailored creations, raw bundles, and related services.

Due to the natural and raw nature of premium hair, slight variations may occur between units, including but not limited to:

• Texture
• Tone
• Density
• Curl or wave pattern
• Donor behaviour
• Response to styling, products, humidity, and maintenance

No two units or bundles are completely identical.

Product photographs, campaign imagery, styling presentations, and inspiration references are intended as visual guides and may not reflect identical outcomes.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders must be paid for in accordance with the payment structure communicated by Luchyswigs.

Production, sourcing, customization, or preparation may not commence until applicable payment requirements have been fulfilled.

Failure to complete outstanding balances may result in delayed processing, delayed dispatch, storage charges, cancellation restrictions, or release delays.

4. Custom Orders & Made To Order Creations

Custom, colored, tailored, personalized, and made to order creations are uniquely prepared according to the customer’s selected specifications.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Exact replication is not guaranteed

• Hair characteristics naturally vary

• Styling outcomes may differ across maintenance routines and environments

• Custom orders are subject to production timelines

• Once sourcing or production begins, cancellation is no longer feasible

All deposits, consultation fees, sourcing fees, and production related payments are strictly non refundable.

5. Processing & Delivery

Processing timelines vary depending on product category, customization requirements, sourcing timelines, and order volume.

Estimated timelines communicated by Luchyswigs are provided in good faith but do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Luchyswigs shall not be responsible for delays arising from:

• Courier disruptions

• Weather conditions

• Customs clearance

• Third party logistics providers

• Public holidays

• Force majeure events

• Circumstances outside reasonable operational control

Risk of shipment transfer may vary depending on the selected delivery method.

6. Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are governed by the Luchyswigs Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the hygienic, customized, and wearable nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

Customers are encouraged to review applicable policies before completing a purchase.

7. Head Measurements & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, customization details, color selections, specifications, delivery information, and order instructions.

Luchyswigs shall not be responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect customer supplied information.

Where corrections, alterations, adjustments, or rework become necessary due to customer error, additional charges may apply.

8. Hair Care & Product Performance

Hair products require appropriate care, maintenance, handling, and styling.

Luchyswigs does not guarantee permanent styling results, fixed curl retention, identical behaviour across customers, or outcomes arising from improper maintenance, excessive heat exposure, chemical processing, unsuitable products, or misuse.

Performance may vary based on:

• Environment

• Styling practices

• Maintenance routine

• Product usage

• Frequency of wear

• Individual handling

9. Intellectual Property

All content belonging to Luchyswigs including but not limited to branding, logos, imagery, campaign concepts, educational content, styling materials, graphics, written content, product names, videos, and website materials remain the intellectual property of Luchyswigs.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luchyswigs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or commercial losses arising from:

• Product use

• Styling outcomes

• Delays

• Delivery issues

• Third party logistics services

• Customer supplied inaccuracies

• Misuse, alteration, or improper care of products

Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the original purchase value of the affected order.

11. Right To Refuse Service

Luchyswigs reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline orders, services, consultations, transactions, or communications where deemed necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, misconduct, policy violations, operational limitations, or safety concerns.
