To maintain the body, movement and finish of Heiress, we recommend styling with:

• Curling iron (28mm, 32mm to 38mm recommended)
• Heatless curlers for overnight styling
• Hot comb for refining roots and lace
• Blow dryer for refreshing the style
• Holding spray for curl longevity
• Heat protectant before thermal styling
• Spritz spray or curl mousse for added definition
• Lightweight hair oil for shine and softness

1. Fiber Integrity Assessment
Each unit is verified as 100% human hair with intact cuticles aligned in a single direction. This ensures natural movement, reduced tangling, and long-term durability.

2. Density & Construction Review
We assess fullness, even distribution, and secure construction across the cap or weft. The structure must support repeated styling without excessive shedding or thinning.

3. Styling Responsiveness Test
Every texture is evaluated for how well it responds to heat styling. We test curl retention, softness after brushing, and how the pattern evolves with wear. This ensures versatility whether worn styled or relaxed.

4. Finish & Presentation Inspection
Each unit is carefully examined for consistency in texture quality, color balance, and overall finish before being prepared in our signature packaging.

Only units that meet our internal standard are approved for release.

Ready to Ship Wigs (Lagos): Delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Ready to Ship Wigs (Outside Lagos): Delivered within 10–15 business days.

International Orders: Delivered within 15–20 business days after dispatch.

For custom orders and sale items, fulfillment takes 10–20 business days.

Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns are accepted within seven days of purchase for items that remain unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Wigs with lace that has been cut are considered worn and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes units where the lace was cut by Luchyswigs at the customer's request prior to dispatch.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, approved returns are issued as store credit only, minus applicable fees such as shipping. Refunds are not available.
